Hello and welcome! I am so happy you’ve found your way here. My name is Maura and I’m a licensed massage therapist in Connecticut. I graduated from CCMT Westport in 2017 and have practiced bodywork ever since.
What I love most about massage therapy is the opportunity to connect with people. To earn the trust of a client is an honor, one that allows me to collaborate with them, to bring them to the realization of their wellness goals. It is my highest priority that my client feels heard, understood, and truly cared for. This begins off the table, and is carried out through my hands in our session. As human beings, each of us walks our own path, often through stretches of darkness, and difficulty, and ordinary stress. A person’s journey through life is known only to them, but with massage therapy I can express empathy through my work, and provide compassion for someone in great need of it. I truly believe that to help just one person creates a ripple effect to raise the collective vibration.
I specialize in treating chronic headaches and migraines, as well as TMJ dysfunctions. I am proud of my ability to adapt to the needs of my client which often combine pain management with relaxation. To meet those needs, I incorporate neuromuscular therapy into bodywork sessions my clients find to be deeply relaxing. I also delight in opportunities to provide prenatal and postpartum services.
One of my favorite unique experiences I’ve had in my career has been to provide on-site massages for professional musicians and road crews on concert days at Total Mortgage arena in Bridgeport, CT. It is an honor to give these hardworking people a moment of stillness and relief from the rigors of an extensive tour.

Mobile Services
Home Visits
In-home massage therapy is for anyone who wants it. This could be someone who works from home who only has one hour total to receive, leaving you no travel time to get to a location, but still needing the care. Or the postpartum mother who wants her baby close while she works out aches and pains, or even may need to breastfeed while in session. Or simply for anyone who wants the luxury of quality care in the comfort of their own sanctuary.
Events
Whether you want a table set-up for your wedding party the morning of the big day, chair massages at your festival, golf tournament, or wellness event — or massage services offered in the green room before the big show — I can guarantee quality care customized to your needs. Pricing will vary depending on the event type, location, and number of attendees.
Workplace Chair Massage
Show your employees, co-workers or managers your appreciation with the gift of chair massage! For an hourly fee, I will set up my chair in the area you choose and provide 10-15 minute neck, shoulder and arm massages.
Massage services offered
Therapeutic Massage
$165 one hour | $245 ninety minute | $330 2 hours
Full body massage with extra focus to one or two areas. This services allows flexibility with pressure and techniques such as trigger point therapy or assisted stretching.
MMM Signature Massage
$175 one hour | $255 ninety minute | $340 2 hours
Full body massage including face and scalp massage. This service includes aromatherapy and can use light, medium, or firm pressure.
Relaxation Massage
$150 one hour | $230 ninety minute | $300 2 hours
Full body massage with light to medium pressure. Aromatherapy can be added for an additional $10.
TMJ Treatment
$75 thirty minutes | $150 one hour
This massage focuses only on the areas related to TMJ dysfunction. For this service, I use gloves to access the muscles on the inside of the cheek and inside of the mouth. Includes face massage, scalp massage, and neck massage.
Postpartum Massage
$160 one hour | $240 ninety minute | $320 2 hours
For those in their first year postpartum, it can be difficult to find someone you trust to stay with your baby while you take care of you. For this service, your baby can be right next to you or at least under the same roof. Feeding time? No problem. If your baby is hungry and needs to eat while in session, feel free to feed your baby on the my table while I massage your legs and feet. If you need to get up during the session to care for your little, extra time is blocked for postpartum sessions.
